Fillets stuffed with cheese

Ingredients:
1/3 cupButter
1 1/2 tspGarlic powder
1 1/2 tspBasil leaves
2 tbspChopped green onions
6 Fresh sole or orange roughy
-fillets cut in half
1 largeRipe tomato, sliced
12 sliceMontary jack Cheese
2 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2In 13x9 baking pan melt butter.
3Stir in garlic and basil and grn onions.
4Dip both sides of fillet halves into seasoned butter.
5Set half of fillets aside & other half place in pan...layer with 2-3 slice cheese and 1 slice tomatoe.
6Cover with remaining fillet half & sprinkle w/parm cheese.
7Bake for 25-35 min. or until fish flakes.
