Fillet of sole with tartar sauce

Ingredients:
1 lbsSole Fillets, Cut To Serve
1/2 tspSlat
1 dashPepper
2 tbspButter Or Margarine, Melted
1 tbspLemon Juice
1 tspOnion, Finely Chopped
*TARTAR SAUCE*
1 cupMayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
2 tbspDill Pickle, Finely Chopped
1 tbspFresh Parsley, Snipped
2 tspPimento, Chopped
1 tspOnion, Grated
Procedures:
1Servings: 4
2heat the oven to 400 °F.
3Prepare the tartar sauce.
4Arrange the sole fillets in an ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
5Mix the butter, lemon juice, and onion together and drizzle over the fish.
6Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
7Serve with tartar sauce.
8tartar sauce:
9mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate.
10microwave directions:
11sprinkle the sole fillets with the salt and pepper.
12Fold in half and arrange in circle with folded sides to the outside edge in an ungreased microwavable pie plate, 9 x 1 ?inches.
13Mix the butter and lemon juice with the onion and drizzle over the fish.
14Cover tightly and microwave on high for 4 to 7 minutes, rotating the pie plate ?turn after 2 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
