Firecracker grilled alaskan salmon

Ingredients:
4 6 oz salman steaks
1/4 cupPeanut oil
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspBlasamic vinegar
2 tbspChopped scallions
1 1/2 tbspBrown sugar
1 Clove garlic, minced
3/4 tbspGrated fresh ginger root
1/2 tbspRed chile flakes, or more to
Taste
1/2 tbspSesame oil
1/8 tbspSalt
Procedures:
1Place the salmon steaks in a glass dish.
2Whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the salmon.
3Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
4Heat the grill.
5Remove the salmon from the marinade, brush the grill with oil and place the salmon on the grill.
6Grill over medium heat for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at the thickest part, turning halfway through cooking, or until the fish just flakes when tested with a fork.
