Ingredients:
1 lbsWhite Fish Fillets
1/4 cupLow-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbspLemon Juice
1 tbspCanola Oil
1 tspFresh Ginger Root, Grated
1 tspBrown Sugar
1 Green Onion, Sliced
1 tspSesame Seeds Toasted
Procedures:
1Servings: 4
2arrange the fish in a shallow dish.
3Combine the soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, ginger root, brown sugar, and green onion.
4Pour over the fish.
5Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
6Drain the fish and reserve the marinade.
7Broil the fish about 3 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes for each side.
8Brush with the sauce at least one time.
9Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.
