Hot clam tarts

Ingredients:
Pastry for 2-crust pie
2 tbspButter
2 tbspFlour
1 cupLight cream
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspTabasco sacue
2 tspDry sherry
1/4 cupParmesan cheese, grated
1 can(6.5 oz) Minced Clams
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 425°F.
2roll out pastry, then cut into 2 ?inch squares.
3Line small, 1 ?inch muffin pans with pastry squares; prick with fork and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
4Remove shells from pans and set aside.
5Reduce oven heat to 350°F.
6melt butter in small saucepan.
7Blend in flour, then stir in cream, salt, tabasco, sherry, and 3 tbsp parmesan cheese.
8Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
9Add drained clams and simmer until heated thoroughly.
10spoon clam mixture into tart shells; sprinkle mixture into tart shells; sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese.
11Bake for 5 minutes, or until well-heated.
12Remove from oven; serve immediately.
