Ingredients:
2 Heavy duty foil
1 lbsFish fillets, divided
3 tbspLemon juice
1/4 tspPaprika
4 ozOnions, sliced, divided
1 tspParsley, chopped
1 tspChives, chopped
6 ozPotatoes, peeled, cut
-french style, divided
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tspMargarine
Procedures:
1Place ?of fish fillets on each piece of foil.
2Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika.
3Place ?of the onion slices on each fillet.
4Combine parsley and chives.
5Roll potato in parsley mixture.
6Arrange ?potato sticks around each fillet.
7Season each with salt and pepper.
8Fold foil and secure tightly.
9Bake 325 °F for 40 minutes.
10Open foil and dot each with 1 ts margarine.
11Makes 2 servings for dinner.
12May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) this is an old ww recipe and should be adjusted according to today"s weights etc.
