Ingredients:

| | Heavy duty foil | | 1
| lbs | Fish fillets, divided | | 3
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Paprika | | 4
| oz | Onions, sliced, divided | | 1
| tsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1
| tsp | Chives, chopped | | 6
| oz | Potatoes, peeled, cut | | | -french style, divided | | | Salt & pepper to taste | | 2
| tsp | Margarine |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place ?of fish fillets on each piece of foil. | | 2 | Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika. | | 3 | Place ?of the onion slices on each fillet. | | 4 | Combine parsley and chives. | | 5 | Roll potato in parsley mixture. | | 6 | Arrange ?potato sticks around each fillet. | | 7 | Season each with salt and pepper. | | 8 | Fold foil and secure tightly. | | 9 | Bake 325 °F for 40 minutes. | | 10 | Open foil and dot each with 1 ts margarine. | | 11 | Makes 2 servings for dinner. | | 12 | May also be microwaved 12-15 (not in foil) this is an old ww recipe and should be adjusted according to today"s weights etc. |
