| cup | Dry white wine | | 1

| lbs | Flounder fillets -- sliced | | | Into 3 inch s |

Procedures:
| 1 | In very large skillet, saute onion, garlic until tender. | | 2 | Add basil and saute for another few minutes. | | 3 | Add everything else except fish. | | 4 | Bring to a boil and stir so that paste is mixed in. simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. | | 5 | Add fish and simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until fish is completely cooked |
