Procedures:
| 1 | This is a florida chowder... | | 2 | It goes real good with "french" bread. | | 3 | Saute vegetables in oil until soft, about 10 minutes. | | 4 | Add wine, stock, tomatoes and bring to a boil. | | 5 | Add fish and remaining ingredients. | | 6 | Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. | | 7 | Turn on low and simmer for 20 minutes |
