Ingredients:
4 ozFresh fish fillets
3/4 cupDried bread crumbs
2 tbspGrated Parmesan cheese
2 tbspChopped fresh parsley
1 tspPaprika
2 ea Egg whites, lightly beaten
Procedures:
1Rinse fish and pat dry Blend bread crumbs with cheese, parsley and paprika in a flat dish.
2Dip fillets into beaten egg whites, then bread crumb mixture.
3Place in a single layer on wax paper and place in freezer 1 hour.
4Spray a large skillet with no stick cooking spray.
5Place skillet over medium high heat.
6Add fillets; cook carefully turning once, until coating is brown and fish turns from translucent to opaque.
