Fried horseradish breaded fish with mashed po

Ingredients:
4 Firm white fish fillet
1/4 cupFlour
2 Egg
3 tbspWater
1/2 cupSeasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tspSalt and pepper
1/4 cupHorseradish
1/4 cupPuritan Oil
Decorative oil
1/4 cupPuritan Oil
3 tbspFresh chives
Leek garnish
2 eachLeek, white part only
1/2 cupPuritan Oil
Potato
2 lbsPotato
1/4 lbsButter
Procedures:
1Dry the fish filets, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then lightly flour.
2Combine the horseradish and bread crumbs.
3Lightly beat the eggs and add water.
4Dip only one side of the filets first in the egg and then the bread crumb mixture.
5Fry first on meat side then on skin side.
6For the decorative chive oil, in blender combine ?c oil and chives.
7Lightly fry the leek in oil, dry on a paper towel.
8Boil the potatoes until tender.
9Drain and place on a cookie sheet in the oven at 375f until slightly dry.
10(10 to 15 min) mash the potatoes adding butter as needed until creamy.
11Season to taste with salt and pepper.
12Place a serving of mashed potato on a plate.
13Place the cooked filet on top.
14Surround with chive oil.
15Place leek on top as garnish. walt
