Ingredients:
1 ea SMALL EGG
6 tbspCORNSTARCH
12 ozLARGE SHRIMP, SHELLED, DE-VE
2 cupCOOKING OIL
1 tbspMINCED SCALLION
1 tbspMINCED GARLIC
2 1/2 tbspSHERRY
2 tbspSUGAR
1 tbspSALT
1/2 tbspHOT PEPPER
Procedures:
1Combine the egg and cornstarch to make a batter.
2Dip the shrimp into the batter.
3Heat the oil and add shrimp one by one; cook until they are golden brown.
4Drain.
5Meanwhile add the remaining ingredients to a saute pan.
6Add shrimp and swirl in pan until hot.
