Ingredients:
2 lbsGround beef
1 cupBread crumbs
2 tbspGrated cheese
2 Eggs
2 tbspGarlic salt
1 tbspOregano
1 tbspParsley
Procedures:
1Prior to browning,mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
2Form into meatballs.place in a bowl,separating with wax paper.
3Refrigerate overnight.
4Brown meatballs in a 250 degree oven for 15 minutes.place in sauce.cook on low heat for 3 hours.turn off and let thicken.
5Note: placing meatballs in refrigerator overnight,holds meatballs together.otherwise,you have meat sauce
