Ingredients:
| 4
| | Sole fillets, 4 oz each | | 1
| | Egg yolk | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | Dry mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Oyster sauce | | 5
| | To 6 drops sesame oil | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Grated fresh ginger | | 4
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 4
| | Green onions, chopped |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wipe sole fillets and place on foil lined broiler pan. | | 2 | Preheat broiler. | | 3 | Place next 6 ingredients in a food processor, blender and process 20 seconds. | | 4 | Gradually pour in olive oil, processing all the time. | | 5 | Process 30 seconds until well combined and slightly thickened. | | 6 | Spread mixture over sole fillets. | | 7 | Broil just until fish is opaque, about 4 inch from the heat. | | 8 | Top of fillets will darken as the sauce caramelizes. | | 9 | Serve with chopped green onion on top of fillets. | | 10 | Makes 4 servings. |
