Ingredients:
3 Corn tortillas, *
1/2 lbsGround beef
1/2 lbsGround ham, smoked, cooked
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tspOregano leaves, dried
1/4 tspPepper
1 cupBeef broth
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 lbsGround pork
1/4 cupOnion, chopped, 1 small
1 tspCumin, ground
1/2 tspSalt
1 cupBasic red sauce, **
Procedures:

2Mix in remaining ingredients except basic red sauce and broth.
3Shape into 1-inch balls.
4Heat basic red sauce and broth to boiling in 10-inch skillet; reduce heat.
