Grilled rainbow trout with apricot salsa

Ingredients:
4 6-oz. rainbow trout fillets
1 cupFresh apricots, diced
1 smallAvocado, diced (?cup)
3/4 cupFresh pineapple, diced
1/4 cupRed pepper, diced
1 1/4 tbspLime juice
1 tspCilantro, finely chopped
Fresh ground pepper, to tast
Procedures:
1In a medium bowl, combine apricots, pineapple, avocado and red pepper.
2Sprinkle with lime juice and cilantro; toss and chill.
3Grill trout on oiled grate for 2 minutes.
4Turn trout and grill for 2 more minutes, or until trout turns opaque.
5Top with apricot salsa and serve immediately.
