Meatballs in sauce with rice

Ingredients:
1/2 Recipe Meatball mixture
-(See separate recipe.)
1/2 cupTomato puree
1 tbspOnion, chopped
2 tspVinegar
1/2 tspSugar
1/4 tspOregano leaves
1 dashPepper
2 tbspWater
1 1/2 cupRice, cooked, unsalted
Procedures:
12 servings of 6 meatballs, ?cup sauce, and ?cu rice each 440 calories per serving Thaw frozen meatball mixture in refrigerator.
2Divide into 12 portions.
3Shape into balls.
4Brown meatballs on all sides in hot frypan.
5Drain.
6Mix remaining ingredients except rice.
7Pour over meatballs.
8Bring to a boil.
9Reduce heat, cover, and boil gently until sauce thickens--about 10 minutes.
10Spoon sauce over meatballs once during cooking.
11Serve over rice.
