Ingredients:
2 lbsSalmon Fillets -- or steaks
2 tbspButter
1 tspSalt
6 sliceLemon -- (thin)
1/2 cupWhite Wine
Few Grains Pepper
Procedures:
1Cut salmon into serving-size pieces.
2Place each piece on a square of heavy duty aluminum foil.
3Double thickness of foil may be used.
4Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper, top with butter, a slice of lemon and drizzle with wine.
5Close package securely and cook on the grill for 20-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
6serves 6.
