Ingredients:

| lbs | Salmon Fillets -- or steaks | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 6
| slice | Lemon -- (thin) | | 1/2
| cup | White Wine | | | Few Grains Pepper |

Procedures:
