| cup | Catalina dressing | | 1/4
| tsp | Hot sauce | | 1
| lbs | Grouper | | 4
| each | Onion slices, thin | | 2
| tbsp | Prepared horseradish | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Wipe pie plate. | | 2 | Quarter fish, arrange in pie plate, sprinkle with pepper; top with bell pepper and onion. | | 3 | Drain & cover. | | 4 | Combine salad dressing and next three ingredients in 1-cup glass measure; stir. | | 5 | Serve sauce with fish and garnish with lemon wedges. |
