Grouper and horseradish sauce

Ingredients:
1 eachSmall green pepper, sliced
1/4 tspPepper
1/3 cupCatalina dressing
1/4 tspHot sauce
1 lbsGrouper
4 eachOnion slices, thin
2 tbspPrepared horseradish
1 tbspLemon juice
Procedures:
1Wipe pie plate.
2Quarter fish, arrange in pie plate, sprinkle with pepper; top with bell pepper and onion.
3Drain & cover.
4Combine salad dressing and next three ingredients in 1-cup glass measure; stir.
5Serve sauce with fish and garnish with lemon wedges.
