Ingredients:
3 eachCorn Tortillas, *
1/2 cupMilk
1/2 lbsGround Beef
1/2 lbsGround Porked
1/2 lbsGround Ham, Smoked, Cooked
1/4 cupOnion, Chopped, 1 Small
1 eachClove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1 tbspCumin, Ground
1 tbspOregano Leaves, Dried
1/2 tbspSalt
1/4 tbspPepper
1 cupBasic Red Sauce, **
1 cupBeef Broth
Procedures:
