Halibut steaks sorrento

Ingredients:
4 Halibut Steaks
8 Thick Slices Ripe Tomato
1/4 cupSlivered Black Olives
4 tspCapers, Rinsed, Drained
1 largeClove Garlic, Minced
4 tspMinced Fresh Parsley
Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper
4 tspOlive Oil
4 Lemon Wedges
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 400°F.
2Place four 12 inch squares of aluminum foil on work surface.
3Place 1 halibut steak on center of each piece of foil.
4Top with tomato slices,olives, capers, garlic and parsley, in that order.
5Sprinkle with salt and pepper; drizzle with oil.
6Double fold foil to seal packets and place on baking sheet.
7Bake for 15 minutes.
8Check halibut in one packet; fish should be opaque throughout and firm to the touch.
9Serve at once with lemon wedges.
