1/3 cupSoy sauce
1 tbspBrown sugar, packed
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 tbspCider vinegar
1/2 tspGround ginger
1 Cl Garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lbsWhite fish fillets
1 tbspFresh parsley, minced
Procedures:

2Turning once.
3Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes.
