Ingredients:
25 lbsCrawfish, live
2 eachSalt, ice cream, boxes
3 galWater
2 cupRed pepper
1/2 eachBlack pepper, stirring spoon
6 eachLemons, halved
6 eachOnions, large, cut in 8ths
1 xPotatoes and corn, preboiled
Procedures:
1Add pepper and salt to water and bring to a boil.
2Add crawfish and bring to a second boil.
3Add onions, lemon, potatoes and corn, when boil begins, cook 10 minutes, no more.
4Take crawfish out and do not let soak.
