1/4 cupCoarsely chopped cilantro
Fresh cilantro sprigs
Salt

1 Large firm-ripe banana
1 tspOriental sesame oil
1/2 cupChopped golden raisins
2 tbspChopped fresh cilantro
1 tspGrated lemon peel
1 tspJapanese chili spice
Procedures:

2Set fish on 6 warm plates; spoon salsa alongside.
