Ingredients:
2 eachTrout, fresh Cooking oil
1/2 cupPlain flour
Procedures:
1Pour small amount of cooking oil in pan and heat.
2Clean trout and roll them in flour and place in pan.
3Cook for approx 3 or 4 minutes on each side.
4Serve when both sides are cooked.
