| each | Trout, fresh Cooking oil | | 1/2
| cup | Plain flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pour small amount of cooking oil in pan and heat. | | 2 | Clean trout and roll them in flour and place in pan. | | 3 | Cook for approx 3 or 4 minutes on each side. | | 4 | Serve when both sides are cooked. |
