Hickory smoked salmon

Ingredients:
6 4-6 oz. salmon fillets
2 tspDark brown sugar
Seafood seasoning, to taste
Procedures:
1Spread wet hickory chips over hot coals.
2Place each fillet on a greased grill or skewer and place on a raised rack.
3Spread sugar over salmon and sprinkle with seafood seasoning.
4Cover the grill or make a tent of aluminum foil.
5Cook for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
