| 1 | 1 sift flour and salt and pepper into a bowl. |
| 2 | Make a well in the center, add egg and water, and gradually mix in the flour. |
| 3 | Beat to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes |
| 4 | Meanwhile, toss shrimp in cornstarch and coat well. |
| 5 | Shake off any excess cornstarch. |
| 6 | Add shrimp to batter and coat well. |
| 7 | Heat oil in wok and add shrimp, a few at a time. |
| 8 | Cook until batter is golden. |
| 9 | Remove shrimp, drain on paper towels, and keep warm. |
| 10 | Repeat until all shrimp have been fried. |
| 11 | Carefully remove hot oil from wok. |
| 12 | Gentely heat sesame oil in pan. |
| 13 | 6 add honet and stir until mixed well and heat through. |
| 14 | Add shrimp to mixture and toss well. |
| 15 | Sprinkle over sesame seeds and again toss well. |
| 16 | Serve immediately. |
