Ingredients:

| lbs | Medium shrimp -- about 60 | | | Peeled | | | Raw, deveined | | 1/4
| cup | Chopped green onions | | 1/4
| cup | Lime juice | | 1
| tbsp | Low sodium soy sauce | | 2
| tbsp | Lime peel -- grated | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Crushed red pepper | | 2
| | Cloves garlic -- finely | | | Chopped | | | Nonstick cooking spray | | 2
| tsp | Sesame oil |

Procedures:
