Hot and peppery shrimp

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsMedium shrimp -- about 60
Peeled
Raw, deveined
1/4 cupChopped green onions
1/4 cupLime juice
1 tbspLow sodium soy sauce
2 tbspLime peel -- grated
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspCrushed red pepper
2 Cloves garlic -- finely
Chopped
Nonstick cooking spray
2 tspSesame oil
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients except cooking spray and oil in large glass or palstic bowl.
2Cover and refergerate 4 hours.
3Heat oven to 400°F.
4Spray a 13x9x2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
5Arrange marinated shrimp in a single layer in pan.
6Bake 10-12 min. drizzle with oil and serve hot.
