Ingredients:
8 ozCream cheese, light
2 cupCottage cheese, low fat
1/4 cupLemon juice
1/4 cupSkim milk
1/2 tspBasil
1/2 tspMarjoram
1/2 tspOregano
1/2 tspThyme
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 lbsSurimi, or shrimp or crab
Procedures:
1In a large bowl mix cream cheese and cottage cheese until smooth.
2Gradually blend in lemon juice and milk.
3Stir in remaining ingredients.
4Pour in quche dish or pie pan.
5Cover and bake at 350°F for about 15 min or until hot.
6Serve with crackers and vegetable tray.
