| cup | Celery, thinly sliced | | 2
| cup | Cheese, cheddar, shredded | | 1/4
| cup | Green onions, sliced, opt. | | 1 1/2
| cup | Milk | | 4
| | Eggs | | 1
| cup | Bisquick baking mix | | 1/2
| tsp | Lemon rind, grated | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 1/4
| tsp | -Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| | Garlic clove, crushed |

Procedures:
| 1 | : approx. cook time: :40 preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Grease pie plate, 10x1 ?. | | 3 | Layer tuna, clery, cheese and onions in plate. | | 4 | Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. | | 5 | Pour into pie plate. | | 6 | Bake till golden brown or knife inserted in centre comes out clean (about 40 minutes). | | 7 | Cool 5 minutes. | | 8 | Serve with lemon wedges if desired. |
