Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsFlounder or sole fillets
3 tbspLow-cal Italian dressing
3 tbspLemon juice
3 tbspWorchestershire sauce
1/8 tspGarlic powder
Salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Place fish in shallow baking dish.
2Combine remaining ingredients and pour evenly over fish.
3Marinate several hours in the refrigerator, turning the fish occasionally.
4Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5Bake fish uncovered for 30 minutes.
6Broil for 5 minutes, or until fish is crisped.
7Each serving: 154 calories, 29g protein, 2g fat, 3g carbohydrates, 427mg sodium, and 85mg cholesterol.
