1 xRecipe Of Basic Meatballs, *
10 3/4 ozCream of Celery Soup, **
1/4 cupDairy Sour Cream
16 ozVegetables, ***
15 ozPotatoes, Drained&Sliced, 1Cn
1 xEgg Or Parsley Dumplings
EGG DUMPLINGS
2 cupBiscuit Baking Mix, Bisquick
2 eachEggs, Lg.
2 tbspMilk
PARSLEY DUMPLINGS
2 cupBiscuit Baking Mix, Bisquick
2 tbspParsley Flakes
2/3 cupMilk
Procedures:
1* see recipe 12 ** use the condensed soup undiluted.
2*** use 1 can of peas, cut green beans, or sliced carrots.
3Prepare the basic meatball recipe -- except cook them in a dutch oven.
4Drain off the excess fat.
5Add the soup, sour cream, peas (with liquid) and potatoes, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
6Prepare the dumplings.
7Drop the dough by tbls onto the boiling stew.
8Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes.
9Cover and simmer another 10 minutes longer.
10Serve.
11Egg dumplings: mix all the ingredients together until a soft dough forms.
