Lemon catfish

Ingredients:
4 Catfish fillets, thawed
1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
1/4 cupOil
1 tspDry minced onion
1/2 tspGarlic salt
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce, or to tast
4 Lemon wedges
Procedures:
1Rinse fillets and blot dry.
2Combine remaining ingredients except lemon wedges, in flat casserole dish.
3Add fillets.
4Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning several times.
5Grill fillets over medium-hot coals 5-8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
6Baste with marinade while cooking.
7Squeeze lemon wedges and serve.
8Oven method: broil 6 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes; turn carefully and baste marinade.
9Broil an additional 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
