Ingredients:
1 lbsFlounder or haddock fillets
-- fresh or frozen
1 tbspButter or margarine
4 tspLemon juice
1 tspLemon rind, grated
1/8 tspSalt
1 dashPepper
1/8 tspRosemary
Procedures:
1Thaw frozen fish.
2Preheat oven to 350°F (moderate).
3divide frozen fish into 6 servings.
4Place in single layer in a baking pan.
5Mix fat, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
6Pour over fish.
7Bake for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
