Linguine gamberini (garlic shrimp sauce)

Ingredients:
1 lbsShrimp -- deveined, peeled
3 Cloves Garlic -- finely
Minced
1 Onion -- finely chopped
2 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspFlour
1/2 cupMarsala Wine -- I used
Chardonney
1 cupLow Sodium Chicken Broth --
Low fat
1/2 cupItalian parsley -- minced
Salt and pepper -- to taste
1 lbsHomemade Linguini
Procedures:
1Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
2Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
3Add onion and cook until transparent, stirring occasionally.
4Add flour and stir until well mixed.
5Whisk in the broth, wine and parsley.
6Bring to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
7Lower heat to medium and add shrimp; cook until shrimp are just pink and done.
8Serve over pasta, cooked (according to package directions - if store bought).
