Lobster fondue dip

Ingredients:
2 tbspButter or margarine
2 cupShredded sharp Cheddar
-Cheese
1/4 tspRed pepper sauce
1/3 cupDry white wine
5 ozLobster cut into small
-pieces (you can use canned
-but drain well)
Procedures:
1Serve this hot cheese dip and offer crisp cracker dippers.
2melt butter in pan over low heat.
3Gradually add and stir in cheese until cheese is melted.
4(cheese butter mixture may appear separated).
5Add red pepper sauce; slowly add wine, stirring until mixture is smooth.
6Add lobster; stir until heated.
