Procedures:
| 1 | Serve this hot cheese dip and offer crisp cracker dippers. | | 2 | melt butter in pan over low heat. | | 3 | Gradually add and stir in cheese until cheese is melted. | | 4 | (cheese butter mixture may appear separated). | | 5 | Add red pepper sauce; slowly add wine, stirring until mixture is smooth. | | 6 | Add lobster; stir until heated. | | 7 | Makes about 1 ?cups. |
