4 cupLobster meat [chopped]
1/4 cupButter
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1 dashCayanne pepper
1 dashMace
1 cupWhipping cream
3 Egg yolks [beaten]
Procedures:
11) saut?lobster meat in the butter, in a sauce pan for 5 min...
2And then add all of the spices, and then cook for 5 min...
32) stir in the cream and the eggs, cook until thickened stirring constantly....
4May add sherry to taste, if desired...
