Ingredients:
6 Lobster tails, cooked/chilled
6 tbspMayonnaise
1 tspMustard, prepared
1 tspLemon juice
1 tspTarragon wine vinegar
1 tbspChives, finely minced
1 tbspParsley, finely minced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Remove lobster meat from tails.
2Reserve tails.
3Chop meat into bite-sized pieces.
4Combine remaining ingredients and blend well.
5Add chopped lobster, blend with a fork, and refrigerate until chilled.?To serve, stuff lobster tails with chilled lobster mixture.
