Maryland-style crab cakes

Ingredients:
1 lbsCrab meat
1/4 cupMayonnaise
- (preferably homemade)
2 tbspMinced parsley
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupSoft bread crumbs
2 largeEggs, beaten
8 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Gently blend all ingredients, except the butter.
2Shape into 8-10 crab cakes and refrigerate 30 minutes.
3Melt butter in a large skillet and saute crab cakes until golden brown on all sides, 5-7 minutes.
4Serve with lemon wedges or an appropriate sauce.
