Monkfish chili

Ingredients:
3 largeTurkish bay leaves
1/4 tspGround cumin
1/4 tspDried basil, crumbled
1/4 tspDried marjoram, crumbled
1/4 tspDried red pepper flakes
1 largeOnion, coarsely chopped
1/3 cupTomato paste
1 3/4 lbsTomatoes, peeled, diced
2 lbsMonkfish cut, ?inch dice
1/4 cupChili powder
1 tbspCajun Seafood Magic
1 tspSalt
1/4 tspDried thyme, crumbled
1/4 tspDried oregano, crumbled
1/4 tspCayenne pepper
2 tbspVegetable oil
2 Green bell peppers, sliced
2 1/2 cupRich fish stock
2 cupCooked red kidney beans
Procedures:
1Combine the first nine ingredients in a small bowl.
2Heat oil in a heavy large saucepan over medium heat.
3Add onion and cook until translucent, stirring, for about 8 minutes.
4Mix in the bell peppers and continue to cook for another 3 minutes.
5Add herb and spice mixture and stir for 5 minutes more.
6Add tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
7Keep stirring! add fish stock and tomatoes, increase heat to boiling.
8Add beans and return to boil.
9Reduce heat and simmer until beans are heated through.
10Add fish and sprinkle with chili powder, cook and stir for about 2 minutes, until fish is almost opaque.
11Add seafood magic, stir, remove from heat, adjust seasoning and serve.
