Ingredients:
| 1
| lbs | Cod fillet, skinned | | 1
| cup | Savoury Biscuit crumbs | | 8
| oz | Onion, finely chopped | | 4
| oz | Butter | | 1
| lbs | Peeled Potatoes | | 1
| pint | Milk | | | Salt and Pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped, fresh parsley |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cut the cod into 1-inch pieces. | | 2 | Fry half the biscuit crumbs and onion gently in 2 oz butter until the onion has softened. | | 3 | cut the potatoes into half inch dice, put into a large saucepan with the milk and boil gently for 10 minutes until the potato is just cooked. | | 4 | Add the fish, onion mixture, the rest of the butter and season generously. | | 5 | bring back to the boil and simmer for five to six minutes more until the fish is cooked. | | 6 | To serve, spoon into bowls and serve with the remaining crumbs and chopped parsley sprinkled over the top. |
