Peach kuchen

Ingredients:
1 lbsFresh peaches or pears
-sliced
2 tbspLemon juice
1/3 cupButter, melted
1/2 cupCream
1 cupFlour
1/2 cupMaple syrup
1 1/2 tbspBaking powder
1 Egg
2 tspVanilla extract
1/8 tspNutmeg
Procedures:
1Slice peaches or pears and dip in lemon juice.
2Combine melted butter and cream.
3Blend in flour, maple syrup and baking powder.
4Beat in egg and vanilla.
5Transfer batter to a very lightly oiled, 9-inch round pie plate.
6Place peaches on top.
7Sprinkle with nutmeg.
8Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
9Batter will rise to slightly cover peaches.
10Serve warm.
