Ingredients:

| can | Sliced Peaches, undrained | | 1
| cup | Nuts, chopped | | 1
| cup | Flaked Shredded Coconut | | 1
| pack | Yellow or white cake mix | | 1/4
| cup | Brown sugar | | 1/2
| cup | Margarine, melted |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Arrange peaches with the juice in botttom of a greased and floured 9x13" pan. | | 3 | Sprinkle cake mix over top. | | 4 | Sprinkle nuts mixed with coconut and brown sugar on top. | | 5 | Drizzle melted margarine over all. | | 6 | Bake 35-40 minutes. | | 7 | Serve with cool whip or ice cream. |
