Ingredients:

| tsp | Eggs | | 3/4
| cup | Sugar, granulated | | 2/3
| cup | Butter, melted | | 3/4
| cup | Lemon or lime juice | | 2
| tsp | Grated lemon rind | | 1
| cup | Strawberries | | 1
| cup | Black currants | | 1
| cup | Raspberriies | | 1/2
| cup | Red current jelly | | 1
| tbsp | Cassis or other liqueur |

Procedures:
| 1 | Pastry:use the recipe for speedy, pat in pastry and place in flan pan. | | 2 | If necessary, brush with egg white before baking. | | 3 | Let cool before assembling ingredients. | | 4 | Filling:in mixing bowl, beat together eggs and sugar. | | 5 | Blend in butter, lemon juice and rind. | | 6 | Pour into pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is set. | | 7 | Topping and glaze:it is not necessary to have three fruits--two will do;blueberries can be substituted for black currants. | | 8 | Also black coffee can be used instead of cassis. | | 9 | Pile strawvberries in centre of pie. | | 10 | Surround with currants; finish with raspberries. | | 11 | Heat jelly until melted;stir in cassis. | | 12 | Brush over fruit. | | 13 | Makes 8 servings. | | 14 | Lucy waverman from the canadian living cookbook. |
