Ingredients:
3 cupPersimmons, pureed
2 tbspUnflavored gelatin
2 cupWater, boiling
1 3/4 cupSugar
3 cupGrapefruit juice
Procedures:
1Recipe by: time life books - fruits in a heatproof bowl, softern the gelatin in ?cup of cold water for 5 minutes.
2Add the boiling water and sugar, stir well and let cool.
3Then add the grapefruit juice and freeze the mixture in an ice-cream maker until it is like mush.
4Fold in the persimmon puree and continue freezing until ice is firm.
5Pack and allow the ice to stand for several hours before serving.
