Ingredients:

| x | Gelatin, unflavored, envelop | | 2 1/2
| cup | Orange juice | | 20
| oz | Pineapple, crushed * | | 2
| x | Pears, medium ** | | 3
| tbsp | Green pepper, optional *** |

Procedures:
| 1 | * pineapple packed in its own juice ** pears, peeled, cored, and chopped *** green pepper, finely chopped ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~--- in a small saucepan soften gelatin in ?cup of the orange juice. | | 2 | Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved. | | 3 | Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and the remaining orange juice. | | 4 | Chill till partially set. | | 5 | Fold in pears and green pepper, if desired. | | 6 | Turn mixture into a 6-cup mold. | | 7 | Chill till firm. | | 8 | Unmold onto a plate. | | 9 | Better homes and gardens |
