| tbsp | Unseasoned dry bread crumbs | | 1

| tsp | Dried parsley flakes | | 1/2
| tsp | Dried mint leaves, crushed | | 1/4
| tsp | Dried rosemary leaves | | | -crushed | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | | SAUCE | | 2
| tbsp | Margarine | | 1/4
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| tsp | Dried parsley flakes |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl. | | 2 | Shape mixture into 12 meatballs. | | 3 | Place the margarine, garlic powder and parley in a 1-cup measure. | | 4 | Microwave at high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until butter melts. | | 5 | Dip meatballs in margarine mixture to cover and place on a roasting rack. | | 6 | Microwave at high for 15 to 18 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and no longer pink in the center, rotating rack and rearranging meatballs twice during cooking time. | | 7 | If desired, serve with hot cooked rice or couscous. |
