Mediterranean meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef, crumbled
3 tbspUnseasoned dry bread crumbs
1 largeEgg
1 tspDried parsley flakes
1/2 tspDried mint leaves, crushed
1/4 tspDried rosemary leaves
-crushed
1/4 tspPepper
SAUCE
2 tbspMargarine
1/4 tspGarlic powder
1 tspDried parsley flakes
Procedures:
1Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium bowl.
2Shape mixture into 12 meatballs.
3Place the margarine, garlic powder and parley in a 1-cup measure.
4Microwave at high for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until butter melts.
5Dip meatballs in margarine mixture to cover and place on a roasting rack.
6Microwave at high for 15 to 18 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and no longer pink in the center, rotating rack and rearranging meatballs twice during cooking time.
7If desired, serve with hot cooked rice or couscous.
