Ingredients:

| cup | Rhubarb, diced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Mix well and pour into 2 greased 9x5 inch loaf pans. | | 2 | Before baking, top each loaf with 1 tsp melted margarine and sprinklw with 1 tablespoon sugar over each loaf. | | 3 | Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour |
