Ingredients:

| large | Purple or green figs, halved | | | -lengthwise | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/2
| tbsp | Unsalted butter, cut | | | -into very small pieces | | | Vanilla ice cream | | 2
| tbsp | Honey | | | Freshly ground pepper (opt.) | | 4
| | Sprigs mint, for garnish |

Procedures:
