Ingredients:
3 lbsRough ground beef
2 lbsRough ground pork
2 Medium onions chopped
5 Cloves of garlic minced
2 tbspOy sauce
1 tbspAbsco sauce
2 cupOmato sauce
1/2 cupOmato paste
1/2 cupHopped Bell pepper (green)
1/2 cupHopped Bell pepper (red)
5 Whole Jalapeno~ peppers
6 tbspAsa harina
1 12 oz. beer
12 ozWater
3 tbspF ground cumin
1 tspOney
Procedures:
1Put beer and water into a large pot and bring to a boil.
2Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
3Fry meat & then add to pot.
4Saute the onions and bell peppers in the meat grease and add to pot.
5Add tomato paste and all other ingredients.
6Cook for 45 minutes stirring often
