Rum/raisin bread

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupBread flour
1 tspSoda
1 tspSalt
1/4 cupFinely chopped pecans (or ot 1 ?ts Canola oil
1/2 cupRaisins
1 1/2 tspRum flavoring
3 tbspSugar
1 tbspVinegar and water to make 1
2 tbspDry milk
1 1/2 tspYeast
Procedures:
1Put vinegar and water in 2 cup measuring cup.
2Add dry milk and sugar and stir until dissolved.
3Put bread flour; soda, salt, and all other ingredients into bread pan of bread machine.
4Add wet and dry ingredients according to your breadmaker"s directions.
5In my panasonic, the wet ingr.
6Go in last, and the yeast goes into the yeast dispenser.
7I baked this rum/raisin bread on rapid and it came out just beautifully! my b"maker bakes a little hot, so i took it out about 12 min. before the end of the baking cycle.
